Shannon Manfredonia-Veterinary Technician  and Receptionist

Shannon has been working in Veterinary Medicine for six years. She is a Veterinary Technician and Receptionist and is also an Obedience trainer. She has been training dogs professionally for clients for almost three years and enjoys working with her German Shepherd Dog "Ace" in her free time. She lives in Sanford and is a certified EMT and also works as a Volunteer Firefighter for the Orange City Fire Department in Orange City Florida.

Neal Huarneck-Veterinarian Technician

Neal is a Veterinary Technician and has been one for over eight years. He currently lives in East Orlando with his pets which include two dogs; a Chihuahua and a Beagle and a cat named Olivia. Neal is an exceptional artisit and enjoys bicycling, skateboarding and swimming in his spare time. Neal was born in New York and moved to Florida about twenty years ago so he might as well be a native.

Rise' Frank-Veterinary Assistant

Rise' is Dr. Frank’s wife and our all-around employee. She helps out wherever she is needed in the hospital. She was raised in the Caribbean and has a Masters in Equine Studies. She has worked in the Veterinary Industry since the 1980s. She shares her home with Dr. Frank, their son Aaron and numerous critters including two dogs, two horses and some barn cats and numerous chickens. She enjoys gardening, fishing and spending time with her horses.

Susan Leroux-Veterinary Assistant/Kennel Technician

Susan is a Florida native who has worked in the animal industry for over six years. She shares her home with her husband and her son. Her pets include nine dogs, two rabbits, six cockatiels and occasional foster animals. She loves to spend time with her grand daughter, Payton and is a volunteer at the Volusia County SPCA.

Melissa Kertel-Veterinary Assistant/Kennel Technician

Melissa is one of our Kennel Technicians and a Veterinary Assistant. She is currently attending The Florida Institute of Animals Arts for a Veterinary Assistant degree. She lives in Winter Park and shares her home with her boyfriend Jake, five rats, three Ferrets, a Guinea Pig, her dog and a kitty. Melissa enjoys watching sports in her free time. Melissa is from Hawaii.

Edyth Tronolone-Certified Pet Groomer

Edyth is a Certified Pet Groomer and has been involved in the Animal Industry for over 12 years. She has a lot of experience in training and showing Golden Retrievers in both Obedience and Agility and used to be an active breeder of Goldens. She is a true native of Florida having been born and raised in Orlando. She loves dogs and also enjoys spending time with her daughter.
