Meet The Veterinarian
Wilbur M. Frank II DVM-Owner and Veterinarian
Dr. Frank attended University of Georgia and graduated in 1986 with his degree in Veterinary Medicine. He worked at Virginia-Maryland Regional College of Veterinary Medicine for one year. Dr. Frank continued his career in Chino, California for six months, and then he went to Ocala, Florida to do an Equine Surgery Residency from 1988-1991. He practiced small animal medicine in Georgia for six years, after which he moved back to Florida. He practiced for two years in Eustis before opening his own practice here in Sanford, Wekiva Forest Animal Hospital, on September 7, 1999.
He is a member of the American Animal Hospital Association, Florida Veterinary Medical Association and the American Veterinary Medical Association.
Dr. Frank enjoys fishing and boating in his spare time and spends time with his wife Rise' and Aaron, his son.
